The Opportunity

The firm is looking for a commercial property fee earner to join their exciting expanding team. They are looking for someone who is experienced who can come in and hit the ground running. The right candidate will be personable and able to network efficiently with an eye to generating new clients and maintaining great relationships with the current ones too. The firm is looking for someone who can deal with a wide range of commercial property issues.

Included in the role is a generous benefits package:

What do I need to apply?

10 - 15 years’ experience in a similar fee earing role The experience of handling commercial property sale and purchase matters Experience in dealing with leasehold and freehold matters Knowledge and experience of commercial leases of offices, shops, industrial units Experience in lease extensions Landlord and tenant management Experience of managing files from instruction through to completion and post-completion Experience of using case management systems Provide excellent service to a wide range of clients Be able to deal with complex matters

Jobs Details: Job Description/Responsibility

Review invoices, work orders and demand forecasts in order to estimate distribution periods. Manage inventory, catalog goods, plan routes and process for ensuring distribution in time as per budget. Ensure Product availability, product return from outlet etc. Channel partner stock analysis with product movement. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation. Maintain documentation/ record related to procurement and distribution of goods. Ensure development & implementation of organizational procurement / purchase policy. Communicate with channel regarding operational & market issues. Build strong relation with channels. Solve problem raised by channels. Prepare various reports such as: Delivery report, order collection report. Produce different types of report as and when required. Make report regarding invoice tracking chart Follow up invoice, VAT Chalan etc. Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Experience Requirements

At least 3-4 years of experience in related field. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics. Education Requirements

At least Graduate/ Honors from any reputed university. Skills Requirements

Only males are requested to apply. Good knowledge in MS office package, especially in MS Excel. Smart in situation handling. Excellent Leadership Quality. Strong Communication skill. Able to work under pressure. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
