Job Description / Responsibility
Coordinate with legal advisor regarding various cases & get updated status of those cases.
Prepare case scheduling for court hearing & prepare all necessary documents accordingly and forwarded to company legal advisor.
Prepare various cases updated information report & submit to Management.
Liaison with all stakeholders regarding all legal issues.
Prepare & keep updated information regarding various legal issues in individual case file.
Conduct company cases in different courts.
Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

LL.M with LL.B (Honors) from any reputed institution
Candidate must be enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Lawyer, Liaison, Labor Law, Tax Law, Land, Criminal law
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Requirements
Age 22 to 35 year(s)

Experience in real estate legal operation will get preference
Sound knowledge about law sections, specially land laws in Bangladesh & on practical suit (Criminal & Civil) in court
High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented.
Must have good interpersonal, communication skills and strong negotiations capabilities in challenging environment.
Must have good analytical & report writing skill.
Typing skill in English & in Bengali is a must.
